I understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser Closerstill Events Ltd in order to run this event, to inform you about future events and to monitor event traffic to improve the event experience for future participants. Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email when full payment is received. All postal registrations must be accompanied by a check or credit card details. Once registered, should you not be able to attend, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice or to the 2022 conference without any extra fees. Conference passes cannot be resold. To transfer your ticket, please reach out to [email protected]. Cancellation Policy for new registrations, purchased after April 20, 2020: Delegates may receive a 75% refund up until September 25, 2020. Before November 27, 2020, we refund 50% of the registration fee. Before February 26, 2021, we refund 25% of the registration fee. After February 26, 2021, no refunds are being given.
