At Circdata, we understand that exhibitors are often a core revenue stream for your event. Our online Exhibitor Portal provides exhibitors with access to innovative tools to help maximise their return on investment.

Exhibitor registration: We enable you to manage the registration of all exhibitor personnel by adding individual registrations or importing the data from a spreadsheet. Registered exhibitors can choose to receive their badges by post or collect them on-site via automated terminals. Badge allocations can be limited per exhibiting company and charged for if desired.

Custom registration forms: Registration pages can be customised or co-branded by exhibitors. Logos and introductory text can be changed, while all registration questions remain constant. A unique URL is created for each customised form allowing exhibitors and organisers to easily track who registers using the form.

Exhibitor invites: Exhibitors can import lists of key contacts and invite them to register for the event using their unique URL. This allows the exhibitor to contact key targets in their market sector, while increasing the overall number of event registrations.

Networking: Circdata’s Connect for Exhibitors software creates the opportunity for exhibitors to network with other visitors or exhibitors. Meeting bookings and demonstrations can be easily arranged using Connect’s internal messaging facility.

Manage exhibitor leads: Our Exhibitor Portal manages orders for lead scanners, provides access to our LiveLeads real-time lead capture service and provides a secure location to download exhibitor leads post-event.
