Throughout an event, organisers can access real-time attendance data and visitor tracking data to provide valuable data intelligence about visitor numbers and flow.

For complex, high value events and conferences, Circdata can configure registration areas in convenient off-site locations, such as a local hotel, to enable delegates to register and collect their badges prior to arrival at the event venue.

Automated terminals can be provided to allow visitors to print day planners or attendance certificates by simply scanning the barcode or QR code shown on their badges. Re-registration for future events, both paid and free, can be managed on-site, using touch screen or operator controlled systems.
