At our events your delegate badge may, with your permission, be scanned by sponsor companies in the exhibition hall. If you allow your badge to be scanned, you agree for those companies to contact you about their products, events and/or services – some of which may be promotional in nature. This may affect any previous permissions you may have given when registering for the event.

Paid for places, can be fully refunded up until 31st August 2020. After this date, there are no refunds but places can be transferred to a colleague or to the 2021 conference for a £49+VAT fee.
