By allowing your badge to be scanned you are deemed to have consented to passing over details from your registration form. You are entitled to decline having your badge scanned, and can legally opt out of receiving communications at any time.

COMPANY CAR IN ACTION INDEMNITY FORM 2020

I hereby agree to the following conditions, which will allow me to use the facilities at Millbrook Proving Ground:

  1. I shall be responsible for the consequences of my own conduct, and personal safety, including whilst driving or being driven, during the whole of the event.
  2. I agree to wear a seat belt properly fastened and to abide by the driving and safety requirements of Millbrook Proving Ground and the provisions of the Highway Code at all times whilst driving or being driven. I understand that unnecessary stops and deviations from the routes are not permitted.
  3. I agree to follow the indicated routes and obey all instructions from Millbrook marshals and staff whilst driving. I understand that drivers who do not comply may be prevented from driving further at Company Car in Action.
  4. I am a holder of a full valid UK driving licence (or equivalent) and I will provide a copy of my Licence Summary as requested. If this changes prior to Company Car in Action I will inform Bauer Consumer Media.
  5. Company Car in Action reserves the right to refuse an individual permission to drive their cars. All drivers and passengers are prohibited from consuming alcohol in the period leading up to and during driving such that it may make it unsafe to drive. In addition, you are prohibited from taking illegal drugs or medication which may impair your ability to drive either before or during the event.
  6. Except for injury or death due to negligence on their part, I indemnify Bauer Consumer Media, Millbrook Proving Ground and the manufacturers, their staff, agents and contractors against any loss or damage, however caused, sustained by me or my property during the event.
  7. I confirm that I am a current employee of the company I stated in the registraton form and I am involved in the company vehicle decision making process.
